Mauro Gentile, passione e competenza
Classe 1961, iscritto all'Albo dei giornalisti da 30 anni, è giornalista professionista dal 1991. Ha lavorato in RCS periodici nella rivista "AutoCapital" diretta da Luca Grandori dal 1989 al 1994 collaborando in quel periodo con il settimanale "Il Mondo" in relazione a temi economici dell'automotive e con "l'Europeo" su temi di attualità.
Dal 1994 al 1996 ha lavorato per un service editoriale milanese realizzando il mensile cartaceo legato alla trasmissione televisiva Linea Blu il cui focus era il mondo del mare.
Dal 1997 al 2016 è stato PR Press Director in Porsche Italia spa. Nel 1999 ha ottenuto da Porsche Ag il Worldwide PR Manager Award voluto a quel tempo da Wendelin Wiedeking e dallo staff dell'international press di Porsche capitanato da Anton Hunger.
Nel periodo trascorso in Porsche ha organizzato e promosso quasi 500 eventi di carattere culturale ed ha percorso sulle strade di tutto il mondo oltre 1 milione e 800 mila chilometri. Nel 2004 è stato anima e guida di un viaggio avventura per sole Porsche tra Milano, Tripoli e Bengasi.
Per passione si diletta anche nella scrittura di romanzi corti ("Rebus Romae" per la Casa dei Libri e "La Cantina" per l'Europeo) ed ha esperienza nel campo televisivo. E' stato infatti commentatore live dalla griglia di partenza del Campionato Italiano riservato alle Porsche GT 3 Cup.
Naturalmente appassionato dei tutto ciò che si possa guidare (da sempre!) e consapevole residente nel mondo virtuale non poteva, ora, come PR Consultant, non avere questo spazio dove poter far rimbalzare le proprie idee, esperienze e curiosità.

From 1994 to 1996 he worked for a Milan publishing service realizing the monthly magazine related to the television format Linea Blu whose focus was the world of the sea.
From 1997 to 2016 was PR Director Press in Porsche Italian spa. In 1999 he obtained from the Porsche Ag Worldwide PR Manager Award wanted at that time by Wendelin Wiedeking and by the staff of the International press Porsche led by Anton Hunger.
During Porsche Italy period he has organized and promoted a lot of cultural events and has traveled on the roads around the world more than 1 million 800 thousand kilometers. In 2004 he was in charge to organize an adventure trip for Porsche cars between Milan, Tripoli and Benghazi.
His hobbies: writing short novels, and has experience in the television field.
He has been commentator live from the starting grid of the Italian Championship Carrera Cup Italy. Of course passionate about everything that you can drive (always!)
